Our Next FBC Work Day/Mini-Mission is coming up on July 6: Come and help us paint the “ASAP” Hub! 

We will be working at the new Alliance for Substance Abuse Progress facility (ASAP) at the Doug Otto Center (1531 13th St., Columbus) on Saturday, July 6 from 8 a.m. to Noon.  We need 8-10 volunteers for this work day.   Contact Ben Slaton if you are interested.

Other ongoing or new mission work projects include:  

  • Adopt a Highway/Road-side Cleanup (We’ve adopted a stretch of Marr Road between National Road and 25th St in Columbus to keep clean.)
  • Wesport Camp cleanup
  • Indian Creek Baptist Camp Work Day
  • Edna Martin Center Work Day
  • Head to Toe (more information coming – a ministry to outfit school children with a fresh haircut and under clothing)
  • Feed My Starving Children project (September 6-8)
  • SEEDS of Love 5K
  • SEEDS of Love Garden
  • Love Chapel Christmas Pantry
